NOTE: Any message sent via the Terminal 49 System will get emailed to all parties on the order, including your other teammates, Terminal 49, the customer, and the forwarder and/or customs broker. For sensitive inquires (e.g. payment related), please email [email protected] directly.

  1. Click on the Activity tab of the Order Details page
  2. Enter a message
  3. Click Submit Message
  4. You can also send messages via email (without logging into the system)
  5. Locate an email sent from the system for an order/container you’d like to send a message for
  6. Click Reply to All and send a message as you would for a normal email
  7. The message will automatically get sent to all parties and stored in the Activity tab for future reference
