How to add, enter and track a single shipment.

Want to add multiple shipments at once? Check out this help article.

  1. Make sure you are on the 'Shipments' Tab 

  2. Click the green 'Add a new shipment' button 

  3. Enter your BOL or Booking number 

  4. The shipping line is automatically populated

  5. If you have an internal reference number, you can enter it in the reference number box

  6. If this shipment is for a specific Customer, you can enter that in the Customer box

  7. Click 'Next'

  8. The shipment details are automatically populated 

  9. The End
