Terminal49 compiles data from each steamship line and terminal in a different way, so issues can sometimes arise.
How to report issues:
If you see any data that is missing or incorrect, click on the "Report Issue" button from any shipment or container.
2. Tell us exactly what is wrong (select the container, the data type, and what's wrong with it) and click "Submit" to send the problem straight to our Data Quality team.
What happens next?
A ticket will be filed in our system and you will be notified via email as we investigate, address, and solve the issue. The more details you can provide in your report, the faster we can resolve it.
