As a Terminal49 customer, you can find out about our product roadmap or upgrade your account to add a new feature by booking time with Customer Success.

The Customer Success Team will walk you through the features and pricing, and help you get started. Here is a glimpse of what you can add:

Track and Trace Widget - This embeddable tool allows you to bring the power of Terminal49's tracking to your website and brand. With simple and configurable embeddable code, your customers can track the containers they have with you by entering the shipment, BOL, or container numbers. DataSync - API integrations require a lot of time and resources. Get Terminal49's data directly into your database in under two hours with no coding using DataSync. We write directly to your data warehouse and sync the data every hour, so your development team can focus on getting the data in your tools instead of spending weeks on a lengthy integration project and ongoing maintenance. Priority SLA - Need answers fast? Need technical assistance on-demand? Priority Support decreases your service response time and gives you a direct line of communication into Terminal49's team with a shared Slack channel. In the event that Terminal49 is unable to meet the guaranteed 99% service level agreement, the Customer shall be compensated with a 10% discount applied against the next month’s value of API access fees.
