There are few possible reasons why you're not receiving verification code from Terminal49:
Spam or junk folders - emails, including verification codes, may sometimes be mistakenly classified as spam or junk by email filters. Check these folders to ensure verification code is not being missed.
Your email inbox is full - if your email inbox is full, new emails, including verification codes, may not be delivered until space is freed up.
Email delivery issues - sometimes, there can be general email delivery issues, such as server problems or network issues, which can prevent emails, including verification codes, from being delivered. We recommend that you check your email's outgoing settings or contact your email provider.
Incorrect email address - if the email address used when you signed up is different from the one you currently use, the verification code will not reach the intended recipient.
Email service provider restrictions - some email service providers may have strict filtering or blocking mechanisms in place that prevent certain emails, including verification codes, from being delivered. We recommend that you check with your IT or service provider.
Check Auto-Delete rules - Email clients, even free ones like G-Mail, can automatically delete emails that come from no-reply email addresses and/or emails with the same subject line being received several times within a short period. Make sure you or your IT team checks these rules for bounces from [email protected] and/or includes the phrase "Your verification code for Terminal49."
If you've checked all of these and still don't receive the email, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
