There are few possible reasons why you're not seeing rail data on your shipment:
Container is not moving on rail yet - rail data won't be available until your container has started moving on rail. See the next article for more information about rail milestones.
Rail carrier is not supported - you'll only see rail data if your container is being transported by a carrier supported by Terminal49. If there are other rail carriers you wish to see supported, please submit a feature request to [email protected].

Rail Data is not on - it's possible that the rail data is not included in the plan that you've purchased. To enable this on your account, please contact [email protected].
