Understanding Plan Transitions

When your trial period expires after 2 weeks, your account automatically converts to the Free plan. The Free plan has limited API access: you can only POST tracking requests, without access to full API endpoints, shipment read endpoints, or webhooks.

Paid Plan Options

To restore full API access, you can upgrade to one of two paid plans:

Pay As You Go

Usage-based pricing ($10 per container) with no committed volume
Includes unlimited shipments, full API endpoints, webhooks, dashboards, exports, and alerts

Subscription Plan

Custom pricing based on your specific container volume needs
Best for committed volumes of 600+ containers/year
Includes full API access, including shipment read endpoints
