Terminal49 Free is our new freemium tier that offers core shipment tracking features. It streamlines container visibility by consolidating data from multiple carrier and terminal websites into a single, unified platform. There are usage limits and a path to upgrade for access to advanced capabilities.

Terminal49 Free is ideal for:

  • Operators manually tracking shipments

  • Shippers and logistics teams evaluating the platform before upgrading

  • Customers who want to start tracking a limited number of shipments before committing to a paid plan with enterprise features

Signing Up For Free Plan

All new users that sign up on the Terminal49 platform get access to our Terminal49 Free plan. Existing accounts can request to switch to the Free plan by contacting Sales at sales@terminal49.com or Customer Support via webchat or support@terminal49.com.

Features of the Terminal49 Free Plan

  • 50 shipments per month - You can monitor your monthly usage within the app, with limits resetting each month based on your account creation date or Free plan activation.

  • User Management - Easily add, deactivate, and upgrade multiple users within your Terminal49 account.

  • All core container milestones - Includes all core container milestones from 'empty out' to 'empty return'.

  • Ocean carriers, Terminal, & AIS - Comprehensive data integration from multiple data sources for core container milestones.

  • Dashboard, CSV, Email and API Tracking - Easily initiate shipment tracking through different pathways.

  • Shipment Dashboard - Easily monitor and manage your shipments through shipment dashboard.

  • Self-Service Knowledge Base - Access our Self-Service Knowledge Base anytime for quick answers and support.

  • Customer Support - Easily get assistance from our human support team. Free plan does not include a guaranteed turnaround time.
