Plan Limits & Usage

What are the limitations of the T49 Free?

The Terminal49 Free tier limits usage based on the number of shipments tracked each month. Once you reach your monthly limit, you can choose to:

  • Upgrade to a paid plan

  • Start a free trial of Terminal49's full Enterprise capabilities

  • Contact sales via sales@terminal49.com for additional capacity

How many shipments can I track in T49 Free?

You can track up to 50 shipments per month.

What happens when I hit my shipment limit?

Once you reach your monthly limit, you won't be able to add new shipments until the next reset. You'll see an in-app notification prompting you to upgrade, start a trial, or contact sales via sales@terminal49.com.

How is usage measured in T49 Free — by containers or shipments?

Usage on Terminal49 Free is currently measured by the number of shipments, not individual containers.

Will I be notified when I'm nearing my usage limits?

Yes, you are able to track your usage in the app each month. Limits are reset monthly based on the date the account was created or set to the Free plan.
