Support Portal

A dedicated platform where you can view, submit, and track support tickets from your account, submitted through various channels (Slack, email, or chat). You can view all tickets and their statuses in the portal, search for specific tickets, and filter by date, requester, and issue source.

How To Access Support Portal
If you have T49 Dashboard access, click 'Support Portal' on the lower part of the left navigation bar. Otherwise, you can get it by clicking the link sent to you and logging in with the one-time passcode emailed to you.

Creating Ticket In The Portal
Hit 'Create Ticket' button

Select the ticket form that best describes your issue category.

Click 'next'

Fill out all required fields > hit 'Submit'

Managing Members
To add members, click 'Add Member' on the upper-right corner > fill out all required fields > hit 'Add Member'

To update members' roles, go to 'Customer Portal Role' column, select role.

Role | Control Access |
Admin | View and manage all tickets in the account, change teammates' roles, and invite new users to the portal. |
Member | Can only view and manage their own submitted tickets, not those of coworkers. |
No access | No access to the portal. Admins can revoke access for a user at any time. |
