When Does Terminal49 Start Tracking a Shipment

Terminal49 starts tracking a shipment as soon as the following conditions have been met:
The shipment shows up on the steamship line website with an active container.
A container is considered active once it is assigned with a valid container number and has at least one movement - typically empty out. So if some containers are missing in your shipment after adding them in Terminal49, it's probably because they're still not yet active.
