Documents page (all documents)

The Documents page shows every document in your account.

• The Name column may be shortened for long file names.

  → Hover your mouse over the name to see the full file name.

• The Document type column shows how the file has been classified (Arrival Notice, House BOL, Invoice, etc.).

• The Linked To column shows the shipment or container the document is connected to (if any).

Shipment detail page (documents in context)

On a Shipment detail page:

1. Go to the Documents tab.

   

2. You’ll see:

   • Documents linked to the shipment number

   • Documents linked to child containers in that shipment

This gives you a shipment-level view of all related documents.

Note: Documents appear here only if our system has linked them. Files cannot be uploaded directly to a shipment or container; they must be uploaded using the methods in section 1.
