Here are the different ways of contacting our support team:

  • Email - You can reach out to us by sending an email through [email protected].

  • ChatBot (Fin) - This feature is only available to customers who have dashboard in their products. It's an AI ChatBot designed to handle most queries related to Terminal49. Go to this page for more information. 

  • Report Issue Button - This feature is only available to customers who have dashboard in their products. It's located on the upper right corner of a shipment's page. Your ticket will be filed in our system and be directed to our data quality team. See more information on this page.

  • Slack - This feature is only available to customers that availed the Priority Support SLA feature. It allows for real-time conversations, which includes direct access to Terminal49’s engineering team. This instant communication can be helpful in addressing urgent issues and receiving instant updates from our customer support team.

  • Phone Call - This feature is only available to customers that availed the Priority Support SLA feature. It allows for quick and real-time conversations with Terminal49’s customer success team.
