How to update your payment method or credit card

You can easily update your payment information using our self-service billing portal. This secure portal is hosted by Stripe and allows you to safely update your card details without needing to contact support.
Using the Self-Service Billing Portal
To update your payment method:
Visit our billing portal: https://pay.terminal49.com/p/login/00geXqb8E2Q6fG87ss
Log in with your account credentials
You'll be securely redirected to Stripe to update your payment information
Enter your new card details
Save the changes
Once updated, your new payment method will be used for all future charges and automatic billing.
Setting up automatic payments
When you update your payment method through the billing portal, you can also set it as your default payment method for automatic billing. This ensures future invoices are automatically charged to your preferred card when they're due.
What if the billing portal link doesn't work?
Contact support@terminal49.com to ensure that you are noted as a billing contact for your account so that you are able to log into the billing portal.
