Why is the Last Free Day (LFD) not showing for my containers?

You may notice that the Last Free Day (LFD) information is missing for some of your containers in Terminal49. This can happen when you're tracking containers at terminals, steamship lines or rail carriers that don't provide LFD data to Terminal49.

How to Check LFD Data Availability for Your Terminal or Carrier

The Last Free Day (LFD) is not displaying because either the terminal where your container is discharged or the steamship line or rail carrier carrying your container does not provide LFD data to Terminal49.

To check if LFD data is available for your specific terminal or steamship line or rail carrier:

  1. Visit Terminal49's data coverage matrix to see which terminals, rail carriers and steamship lines provide LFD information

  2. Look up your specific terminal firm code or steamship line or rail carrier in the coverage documentation

  3. If the terminal, rail carrier or steamship line is not listed as providing LFD data, this explains why the information is not visible.
